They didn't seem to know about my request for the recording and chat. When I asked for the timing of the request they said it was when my exam was terminated. Update: Managed to reach them using a friends phone. I have already contacted through the Pearson website hoping for them to get back to me asking for a record of my recording and chat. When I called the number it said that it was not available in my region. When I told them I was in another country they gave me a different number. They gave me a case number to get back to them. Plus, my eyes remained on the screen the whole time. I don't understand how seeing my jaw is any relevant to cheating when there is a mic. They told me I got too close and they should be able to see my jaw. I just thought I shall stop leaning to the side to compensate I would lean forward and move my head so my gaze (midface) did not leave the screen rather than turning my head. They said they had already given me a warning and was going to revoke my exam as result. When my exam was revoked as I had been leaning too far towards the camera. Everything proceeded fine till I was 11 questions away from the end on the highest ranking section.
So I assumed that I was leaning off towards the side. I was given a warning about having my midface off the camera on an online proctored exam. Warned my midface was off camera, got revoked for having my midface too close to the camera Does anybody monitor those calls, try and improve the service, do anything, at all? Really Pearson VUE is that the best you can do? Appalling. Really! He couldn't answer my question on what the case reference was for or what the process was to help me resolve the issue. The customer service chap stuck diligently to his script advising me 5 times that my exam for today had been cancelled because the proctor couldn't see my web feed when I asked him what the case reference was for, what was the next step etc. I assumed it would be like a support ticket where someone contacts me to help resolve the issue but no. So I rescheduled and repeated the same process today, using a different webcam, same problems, retry, retry, I got another useful case reference, called the chair in the corner of the office again, when the call got interesting (i must have deviated from the script) with customer services she cut me off (That's never happened before) so I called back, the next guy couldn't explain what the purpose of the case ref was.
I may as well have called the chair in the corner of the office, who said I would get an email that never arrived, and was advised to reschedule the exam with a new session number and it would be ok. After being advised to re-start the process several times, they confirmed it was a problem their end, something to do with the session id, I was given a support case reference number and told to call customer services. long story short although my laptop passes all the OnVue App tests yet the proctor can't see my web cam feed so can't release the exam. All I will say is that their support is dreadful. I have lost the will to waste any more time on this. I WANT My scores!!!! I even opted to re take it but they said the can't close out the test.

I was fired because I could not get my test results and all Pearson Vue could say is we can get you a free voucher. Needless to say I didn't meet work requirements and was let go. This particular cert is required for my job. That I can't use because my test still shows I progress 3 weeks later. They gave me a free voucher for my troubles. I've called them everyday! Their customer service is the worst. I initially was scheduled to take the test December 30 but had technical issues with their software. They said it was an issue in their end and to wait 3 to 5 business days and I will get a call. That now I can't meet so my job let me go. It's now going on 3 weeks and still no exam. I've called them every day it's always it will take 3 to 5 business days. When I go to the site to look at my exam it still states -In progress. I took my casp+ exam January 8th and it said completed. I am issues with not getting my score back from pearsons Vue.
